Paradox uygulamasını indirip açtığında bu Kullanım Şartları'nı ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Şartları kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.
Paradox 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. AB içinde GDPR-K kapsamında 16 yaş altı kullanıcıların ebeveyn onayı olmadan kayıt olması yasaktır.
Paradox kayıt gerektirmez; hesabın otomatik üretilen anonim cihaz kimliğiyle tanımlanır. Cihazını başkasıyla paylaşmak veya veriyi başka cihaza taşımak desteklenmez.
Görünen ad seçerken küfür, ırkçılık, hakaret içeren kelimeler sunucu tarafından otomatik reddedilir. Tekrarlayan ihlaller hesap askıya almaya neden olabilir.
Aşağıdakiler yasaktır ve hesap askısına / silme nedendir:
Sancak Koruması (24 saat) ve Hırsız Çarpanı 3X (7 gün) ürünleri Google Play Billing üzerinden satılır. Tüm satışlar Google'ın iade politikasına tabidir (play.google.com/refunds). EMG Mobile Systems ek iade taahhüdünde bulunmaz.
Satın alımlar tek kullanıcı / cihaz için lisanslıdır, devredilemez. Süreli ürünler (24 saat / 7 gün) süresi dolduğunda otomatik biter.
Paradox isteğe bağlı (rewarded) reklamlar gösterir. Reklam izlemek zorunda değilsin — bu ekstra ödüllerin (Envy/Spite/Mercy buff'ları) elde edilmesini engeller ama oyunun temel akışını etkilemez. Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur.
Paradox; hırsızlık, karma cezası, ateşkes ihlali, sahte bildirimler ve psikolojik çakışma içeren bir oyundur. Buton tıklamana karşı sistem bazen yanıltıcı (ör. "Ödül yüklenemedi" sahte hatası) tepkiler verebilir. Bunlar oyun tasarımının parçasıdır ve gerçek bir teknik hata değildir.
Paradox "olduğu gibi" sunulur. EMG Mobile Systems verilerin kaybından, sunucu kesintisinden veya kullanıcının uygulamayı kullanırken edindiği duygusal yatırımdan sorumlu tutulamaz. Yasal sınırların izin verdiği maksimum ölçüde sorumluluk reddedilir.
Bu Kullanım Şartları zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içi bildirim gösterilir. Güncel sürümü her zaman bu sayfada bulabilirsin.
Bu sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Anlaşmazlık durumunda Adana Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

By downloading and opening Paradox, you accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the app.
Paradox is for users 13 years and older. Under GDPR-K within the EU, users under 16 are prohibited from registering without parental consent.
Paradox does not require registration; your account is identified by an auto-generated anonymous device ID. Sharing your device with others or transferring data to another device is not supported.
When choosing a display name, profanity, racial slurs, and insulting words are automatically rejected by the server. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
The following are prohibited and may result in suspension/deletion:
Banner Protection (24 hours) and Thief Multiplier 3X (7 days) products are sold via Google Play Billing. All sales are subject to Google's refund policy (play.google.com/refunds). EMG Mobile Systems makes no additional refund commitment.
Purchases are licensed for a single user/device, non-transferable. Time-limited products (24h/7d) auto-expire when their duration ends.
Paradox shows optional (rewarded) ads. You are not required to watch ads — this only prevents you from earning extra rewards (Envy/Spite/Mercy buffs) but does not affect the core game flow. Ads are served by Google AdMob.
Paradox includes theft, karma punishment, ceasefire breaking, fake notifications, and psychological friction. The system may sometimes produce misleading (e.g., "Reward upload failed" fake error) reactions to your taps. These are part of the game design and not real technical errors.
Paradox is provided "as is". EMG Mobile Systems is not liable for data loss, server downtime, or the emotional investment you make while playing. Liability is disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be notified in-app. The current version is always available on this page.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in the Courts of Adana.
